Privacy
Privacy statement for Accessible CMS, including what we collect, how long we keep it, and who we share it with.
This page describes what data Accessible CMS collects when you visit the site, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights under Australian privacy law.
What we collect
We log standard web server data: IP address, requested URL, referring URL, user agent, response status code, and timestamp. This is retained for thirty days for operational diagnostics, then aggregated and discarded.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers, social media pixels, behavioural analytics tools, or fingerprinting scripts. The site uses no cookies for tracking; the only cookies present are session cookies set by the hosting layer for connection state, which are cleared when you close the browser.
If you contact us
If you contact us by email, we retain your email and the contents of your message for as long as necessary to respond and to keep an audit trail of editorial corrections, commercial engagements, and library hosting decisions. Routine email is retained for two years; engagement-related correspondence may be retained for up to seven years for tax and contract purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your information with marketing partners or data brokers. We may share information with our hosting providers (Amazon Web Services, Australian region) and with our email service provider (Fastmail) to the extent required to operate the site and respond to enquiries. We may share information with law enforcement where compelled by lawful process.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to access your personal information held by us, and to request correction. Contact us at privacy at accessiblecms.com.au with your request. We aim to respond within thirty days.
